Serebii TCG Cardexs: Articuno l Zapdos l Moltres Latest Release/s: Articuno gets 2 new cards in the Journey Together set that released back in March 28th. Past Latest Releases: Early 2022 (or earlier) - Sept 26, 2024 The start year is according to a rough estimate of when Brilliant Stars (US set title) was released. And the Zapdos cards keep on coming with another new one already released in Japan that is a part of Starter Set Terastal Stellar Sylveon ex. So it's English release will appear soon which could take months and of course it'll be a part of a new set title. A new Zapdos card was released in Japan and is from the Crimson Haze set that released on March 22, 2024. The English version was released on May 24, 2024 as part of the Twilight Masquerade set and I got it back in July :) I just forgot to update this until now ^^; - Dates & new info according to Serebii In Pokemon Trading Card Game Classic that's going to release in Nov 17, 2023 in English, only two of the Legendary Birds are included; Articuno and Zapdos. But are only reprints of cards that where already released but I think I'll still count them as being new. It might be like how an old Zapdos card in Base got a new version in Evolutions.
There's a new card for each bird (2 more for Zapdos in Japanese) in the Scarlet & Violet 151 special set since it features Kanto region Pokemon. It's English release date is 9/22/23. Each card number is also their Pokedex number since it starts with Bulbasaur (#1) and ends with Mew (#151), along with some special ones. There's also another new card for Zapdos in the Japanese Scarlet & Violet Black Star Promo set. *The English version is coming in a box set titled "151 ex Box - Zapdos ex" that is going to release on 10/6/23 (the same day and month as Detective Pikachu Returns releases :D). One of the coolest things about this box set is there's going to be a jumbo version of the card! Zapdos gets to be the first and for now the only Legendary Bird who gets a jumbo card! As part of the Crown Zenith set, three promo cards of each Galarian Bird has been released this year in a Crown Zenith tin but it only gives out one promo per tin. All three tins have to be bought in order to get all three cards. The tins themselves released sometime in March according to Toywiz. Upcoming Articuno card, the JA version is the only one that's available for now. The US one might be in the Crown Zenith set. It's actually in a new set; Silver Tempest, released on 11/11/22. Team-Up Collections (VMAX Climax in JA), Set contains three more Galarian cards (one for each bird). Coming on 6/17 English title and release date may not be correct. This ended up becoming Astral Radiance and the Trainer Gallery subset. Notes: Getting the last T Promo card (Arti) is a big if as they are usually expensive. These cards are JA only.
-Incandescent Arcana is a JA title (released on Sept 2nd), the English one is Silver Tempest, coming on Nov 11th. Card number is from ebay as the card itself is surprisingly on there.
