Hello and Welcome to..Melon's Blog :D Which is formally known as Melon's Personal Site or MPS for short. Now it has a new name :3 I decided to make a blog, plus make a home for most of my stories that where on Melon's Stories, the mini site that used to connect with MPS. Not only is this site a place to make my stories still read-able but I decided to make a blog in the first place is so that I can add any announcements that I'd like to make or need to make (when a problem happens) since Legendary Birds had an issue recently, one that makes it hard to announce to the visitors (especially when there's more than a little to explain). Instead of announcing upcoming site updates in a blog, the Updated Site Status will say 'Update Coming Soon' instead by which site will have one. This started to take effect on 6/1/21 as an edit in the 'LB, MI & SHH are Down.. (Fixed)' blog entry. Because of this, like MPS, MB will also be connecting to my active sites.

Melon's Island is on Hold, MI is sadly on hold at the moment with updates since I'm planning to add a new layout on the next update and in order to add it I need to draw a banner and a splash image for it but when Adobe Flash Player went down last year (2021), my ability to use my scanner to scan drawings and then color them in Photoshop went down with it. You see my scanner is old and needs Flash Player and then I found out from someone that I know that tried helping me with this problem is the fact that my old laptop is holding me back from using Flash Player in a sneaky way. At first I thought that I needed to buy a new scanner but then there's the fact that what if the scanners that around today are too improved for an old computer.. According to him the only way to solve this is to buy a desktop. I have everything that I need to have one except for a screen. This is actually going to be a desktop that is built buy that someone, he can make computers by using tvs as screens, it's amazing *o* I'm having trouble getting a tv size that I'm good with and it's going to be at least a while until I find the right one. Until that problem is solved For more news on MI, I actually got back into working on Ch 14 after much time of having writer's block since I realized that I ended up having many characters in one chapter and typed about their movements and added their lines in, instead of having that for some of the characters but I'm happily making progress with it and as I type this in (5/31) I may even be done with it since it's getting too big and might have it as big as Ch 10 or less. At this time, I'm not sure. Other than writer's block I've also been having a big or almost big life issues that are personal and rather not discuss online. Along with Ch 14, a new page is going to appear that is about those unknown characters with glowing green eyes in the current chapter (Ch 13) and there's more updates that I can add as well and I'd like to improve the tables that make up the list of characters and maybe even the page of each char since the coding is old compared to what I used on LB's picture galleries that at least might be good enough, if I don't get that worked on for the next update then it'll be at some point. I didn't want this entry to be short so I ended up typing in more XD Well for those who have been read this far will know more upcoming stuff for the site and the story that's focused on a colorful heroic birdy :D
MB UpdateNow for the update since this isn't as big as the last one. I added five pages to the navigation; My Sites, MB's History, Random Stuff, Extras and Neko. Though before I found a way to update the navi by just updating one page I was going to combine My Sites and MB's History, this came before the other three pages where created but thanks to that easy way I was able to separate them into two pages. Check out these pages for more info. As a hidden bonus for Icy's Nightmare, I added a small prologue that explains a character that never got to appear in the fan-fic; Zack. I added more of Wolf Hamster's creation on Wolf Hamster that's in the original area but has to do with both the original and the remake. Since I recently added this site to SHH's Site Status in the one navigation with a note for any news to a problem or problems incase I ever have more than one but it has only been one at a time so far but if I don't know what I already know about Byehost with the issues I already went through with my sites then an unknown problem occurs. This addition was added so the visitors aren't left in the dark about any problems with SHH in the future (can't say that it'll be problem free) and I'm also gonna do this same navigation update with my other sites as well. Secretly Ham-Ham Heartbreak went offline because it had to be removed because of a certain word or words being on the page which are bad for Bye so the whole page just has to leave, having a big issue with those words or that word which isn't easy to explain on SHH since if I type in cuties for example since I know that's one of those certain words the account gets suspended and the site goes offline until the problem is fixed. So, Ham-Ham Heartbreak has been down since June of last year.. Why has it been down for that long? Because of how I don't know what the bad word is but I'm guessing it's chat because of a chatbox image header having an error and when I renamed it to cbox the error was solved. Then I decided to make a test account on Bye to see what the word/s is/are along with testing out another site of mine but because of the lack of visitors in the last 30 days or so it went down so I brought it up again but it might've went down again since the same thing occured which I couldn't help it since it's just a way to test stuff so that plan went down the drain, I tried to get it suspended but it never worked.. It's easy to get suspended by accident but on purpose it's hard. Now I'm stuck to having to actually see what the problem is on SHH itself wether it goes offline or not.. While working on the upcoming update, I'll be slowly bringing the page back by adding it part by part so expect some downtime and know that if it does go offline it's not my fault. And for secruity reasons Bye is not going to tell me what word/s caused the page to go down in the first place.. so I'm on my own with this which is why I have to test stuff. Edit 2/5/22: Since Bye has no problem with the website section in Ham-Ham Heartbreak, and I already know that there's no problem with the first section, Storyline, & Places so it has to be one of the Ham-Chats in the big list but since it'll take a long time to pin down which word is 'bad' and to not get SHH suspended accidentally I added the list to this host on a page which is shown in an i-frame on SHH, I think it'll go well since the list is somewhere outside of Byehost. Other than getting a new layout or having to move hosts. Apparently it wasn't a big deal that I had to move MB from Webs to Neocities.. since Webs never upgraded to Vista Print and was going to stop being a free host. It's still up as the same old Webs lol. Though I had an uneasy time with updating on there. Even though Neocities doesn't have SSI either, I do have an easy time with updating. SSI would make updating MB better when making changes to the navigation and when I get a banner on here instead of having that big Melon's Blog title. Now MB gets a better update, though that new layout had to come, it was really needed. Here is a list of what I updated..
Layout: I improved the layout by making the content width bigger and making the content font bigger. Added a code that can take you to the top of the page by clicking 'Top' that is on the right side. This has been added to all pages for quick access to the top.
Wow, I needed to list more updates than I thought o.o Every page got updated! :O As I said in the little paragraph about how I came back to working on Wolf Hamster as a remake, I said that "I'll add more to this section as I get close to adding it" but it's best to start adding it instead. I wasn't sure about adding it at first since I have no profile images for it. I would rather add the images and the chapters but since it's a remake of an old story, it's not that bad. Only a few things would be missing; an image of Miles, an image of Skyler that's colored, including The Hunter who also isn't colored but I made a few changes to him. Those changes are added on the description part of his profile. Since I decided to start with the first three chapters, I'm planning on adding three more at some point but that may change. Chapter 4 and 5 are done but 6 isn't.My Collections: New page for MB that's a page that was on MPS. I also had to add a scroll bar to the navi when adding this page. Wolf Hamster: Added more info for Wolf Hamster: The Remake. Added it's own Character and Chapter sections. In the Remake's chapter section is a page link that has the first 3 chapters. Added a quick link to the original since the remake stuff is added. Added a small list of info that has the added dates, genres, and the rating, which is added to both versions. Added a header to 'Remake' that shows when the remake content is added. WHR Chapters: Another new page is added, this time one that wasn't on MPS. This page has Chapter 1 - 3 of Wolf Hamster: The Remake. More info on these chapters is on Wolf Hamster. WH Chapters: Added a new header for the chapter titles. Removed the - symbol from the sides of each chapter (Ch 1 - 9) since it doesn't look good with the new header. WH Chapters: Page 2; Added a new header for the chapter titles. Removed the - symbol from the sides of Ch 10 since it doesn't look good with the new header. Penny: Winged Hamster: Added a small list of info that has the added date, genres, and the rating. IN Chapters: New header for chapter titles. Removed the ~ symbol from all chapter titles. Navigation: Since MB has been online since 2020 I added 'Online from 2020 - 2021'. Added second chapter page for Wolf Hamster and Penny: The Winged Hamster to the navi for quick navigation.
Since I updated the layout and ended up adding a scroll bar by making the navi a div instead of a table, the layout has some new info on how to works on browsers. There are now more than a few changes in Firefox; The navigation is bigger in height. The content is pushed down futher than the navi. There's some space that's above the layout, to be more specific, above the site's title. This time there isn't a colored scroll bar (it's the same thing with the navi's scroll bar). At least it's like this from my end. The content's text looks better too, it's kind of blocky looking on Google Chrome. For Internet Explorer, the only bad thing about it is that all of the text in the content area is messed up, the headers aren't as bad but it's a little bad. Which is a minor problem. So it almost works good. Other than what I said earlier about Chrome, it still works best. On mobile the layout still isn't recommended as the navi still overlaps the conent, with the navi having a scroll bar now it does scroll by using a finger but below the top part of the border there's a thin line of transparency, even though it's suppose to be orange.. might be caused by the scroll bar since it wasn't there before. It's hard to make many layouts look good on mobile and I don't know how to use 'mobile css' (I don't know what it's real title is so I'm making something up) like other people. In the entry Accounts Suspended Again D: (Fixed) I said that I made a test account.. and apprently it's not working out well. Trying to get an account suspended on purpose is hard D: What could be stuff that might look as a bad thing with Byehost looks like there's no problem at all with the four different things that I added.. Then there's the fact that I found out through an e-mail that if I have less than five visitors in 30 days then the account gets removed within two days unless I click a link that re-activates it. I got this e-mail twice already.. I changed LB's e-mail to the same one that the test account has so MI and SHH won't get suspended as well because of LB. I don't have a third e-mail so MI and SHH will have to share and end up going down if either one has a problem that Bye just cannot get over. With what could be good news, on LB I was nervous about editing Moltres Merch since I wanted to make a few edits and editing it, I thought it would suspended LB's account but it luckly didn't :O Apparently what I did when editing it last time by typing in SittingCuties allows the plush to sneak onto the page without being banned by a small word. Now I know why they didn't have a problem with Moltres Merch last time. I'll have to add the Zapdos one like that at some point and see if I can sneak it in without being detected. Articuno also has a plush like that too x.x At least if Zappy's plush can get through, I don't see why Arti's can't too (when I add it). When cuties can be used in a innoncent way and in a naughty way.. when I say naughty I mean cuties is banned because Bye most likely looks at as a word that is used in porn.. At least that's my guess and I'm guessing adding that word makes my sites look like that. They most likely do not want to host any porn sites. But it's like they think that cuties is always used in a naughty way -.- or are being very cautious of it, too cautious if you ask me.. For SHH with how Ham-Ham Heartbreak is down, I'm guessing that the ban word is chat because of using Ham-Chat/s many times or Passchat, a Ham-Chat. Why? Cause I would have trouble when adding old image headers that say Chat-Box, I used these image headers for two of the Past Layouts and I was redoing the ones on one of those layouts and when trying to view the image it brings me to a 404 Access denied page and while viewing it on the layout that has the image added, it appears as a broken image, though renaming it or hosting it somewhere else fixes the problem. For other news I've been working on an update for MB. Wolf Hamster: The Remake is finally going to be added, well the start of it (three chapters). But there's bad news to it and that's a lack of profile images. The first three chapters doesn't involve any characters that weren't in the original, well besides Miles (who is like the 'new Mike') and The Hunter has changed since I'm not pleased with everything that I added when I drew him. I have some characters that are drawn already but I don't have a working scanner to be able to color them in Adobe Photoshop. When Adobe Flash Player went down last year in December, so did my HP Printer, Scanner, Copier.. It seems that only flash player going on made it work the entire time (which has been years), ever since I bought it and I never realized it until after the flash player shut down when I tried to scan something D: Can't scan, can't print, and can't copy (not like I ever copied anything). Until that problem is done, I can color them in. Of course I could try taking photos of the drawings with my phone.. but it'll probably show up better if it could be scanned and they won't be in color. Byehost.. is it good or bad? Edit 5/1/22: I made these updates to this entry; Crossed out It's actually neutral and added Now it is sadly bad D:. A little edit as been added afterwords. Added three more cons, since there's more cons than pros it's considered as being bad. Since there's more cons now I added numbers that connect to either a solution for each one or/and a note, depending on which one. Added numbers to the Solutions and Notes sections as well. I sadly ran into another big problem with Bye since I stopped being able to upload images, which started while I was working on an update for SHH, then LB, and then I tested out MI's account and when one uploads even one image no matter how small it is, the image loading pop up keeping acting like it's going to load but.. it stays like that for minutes, maybe even hours if I left it like that and that isn't normal. Because of this I made a note/rant about my experience with it. The Pros of Byehost
The Cons of Byehost
Solutions +2 The page or pages would have to have replacements by going to the page/s and viewing it's source in order to get everything that's needed for the page/s. Copy and paste this and then delete the page/s and add new page/s with the same name/s as the previous one/s. Note that I did not do this but the page/s can still be viewed outside of the page editor so I'm sure it's info can still be viewed. If not, one would have to copy and paste the page/s as they look outside of the editor and needing to add spaces, bold words, etc. +3 Two words; Back Ups. Ever since that episode with LB's big problem, I've been making and updating it's pages. Every page that's on Byehost. It's too late to revive the originals but the next time that problem hits (if there actually will be a next time) then I'll be ready for it, cause I have back ups that are updated every time a page is updated. +4 For link back buttons that I link from one Bye account to another, I upload the button that I want to link back to the account where I want to use it. Another solution can be hosting it on an image host or another method that I use is hosting it on MB's account account, which is what I sometimes use. +5 Since login info can be saved in order to get into the account without having to type in the username and password. Though this saved info is erased when the cookies are removed. +6 One can use FTP but it's not easy to use (and there's a trail and money has to be spent when the trail is over), I recommend uploading your images somewhere else like an image host if one wants to. For me I started uploading them to Neocities on this account. I read on how they don't want people to make an account in order to upload images but at least I have a site on here.
Notes *+1 When a word that is used on a page is known to be a banned one from their point of view, the site goes offline because of it's account being suspended by that one word.. If one has more than one site that is hosted by them and is connected to the same e-mail, then that site goes down with it.. This is caused by their abuse filter detectors/anti fraud system. From what they told me, one cannot know which words they consider as being banned because of security reasons.. And you want to know what's worse? One banned word can delete the page.. For one of my sites; SHH with Ham-Ham Heartbreak, I wanted them to simply remove the banned word/s, which would let me gain access to that account but the whole page ended up falling down (aka deleted). Their abuse filter detectors/anti fraud system is really sensitive, even harmless words end up doing harm to them. I'm guessing that this is caused by people who might've made porn sites in the past or are still trying to make them. From a recent discovery I believe that chat is also a banned word because of what happened to Ham-Ham Heartbreak with the Ham-Chats word being used and being used more than a few times.. There's also cuties with calling the two winged hamsters that, it was my first time with a banned word. Then the issue with the Sitting Cuties plushies on LB.. then accidentally using cutiest and then getting suspended shortly afterwords. *+2 When editing a page, the editing version of the page can end up being blank. This happened twice for me on SHH with Ask Spat or Harmony and Credits. This might have happened due to words like don't with the ' symbol being replaced by a ? error like symbol or in Internet Explorer can be replaced with a rectangle one. Apparently Byehost did this at some point after adding that page. For Credits I might've added that same symbol; ' after a name. Trying to add one of those symbols that Spanish names have. *+3 I had this problem with 8 pages on LB.. and ended up having to recreate them all.. Back then I didn't think that I needed to make back ups of all of my pages. If I did this would've been very handy and I wouldn't have had to recreate them. I recreated them by using LB's old address since Webs is still going and went from there. Some things where also added by the memories of what they looked like before this problem happened with what LB on Webs didn't have. I made a blog entry of this as the first one on MB and there was a lot to explain but I'll try to shorten it here by typing in the basics of it. If one wants more detail on this then go to the entry, it's the last one in Quick Links. While working on a future layout for LB, I needed an image that is a part of Version 11 when it was the current layout and went to Home in order to get it, I viewed it's source to get the image address since I was coding a layout using Notepad in htm format. When I closed out of Home's source it ended up being replace by this crap instead. Yeah, it's sadly still around, I don't have the heart to delete this one or the other seven pages that are similar to this in case one day they actually can be resolved. Here is one that has an iframe and other crap. Since there's eight of them I'm gonna stop adding links as examples as to what I'm trying to say. This problem hit me hard mentally and I freaked out about it too. I'm guessing all of them have some kind of php error since one of the staff members on Byehost, which was my reply when I called out for help by sending a link to one of the pages so I got this Parse error that used to have the "This page cannot be displayed" error. I never used php before I found Byehost, my sites used to be in html format so I have no clue on what to do from there. When I moved my sites to Bye they started to be in php and I don't think I can change the format to something that doesn't screw with a page or pages but I'm not sure if my theory of it being a php error is right. Though through the chaos Legendary Birds Merch survived :O, though it could have been like that since I recently created that page back then and then worked on it so apparently this problem only happened with already existing pages that where recently updated. How strange.. This chaos started all because I was working on an update.. which ended up being postponed. When I tried to edit those pages when trying to fix the problem myself with a little bit of info by searching the problem, what was on there from when the page is viewed also happens to be there when in edit mode.. I tried asking for help again from the staff and I got bad news; I was told that my site was hacked and that I had to make back ups of everything (images and pages) and delete the.. pages.. that.. have been.. affected.. I researched what looks like hacking and apparently those pages don't look like that and I used this site called Sucuri that can scan pages and show if they have a problem or not but.. none of them do o.o Though the used to be "cannot be displayed" pages had a 500 Internal Server error on them. So, this looks like a complete Byehost problem with no hacking involved (even though I can see why they think so..) or at least no malware involved that connects to hacking. *+6 As of Jan or Feb of 2022 (when working on an update for SHH that was added on Feb 5th), I can't upload any images and it looks like it's loading it but it doesn't go anywhere. I waited a few minutes and usually it doesn't take that long so I lost that ability and I tried it out on SHH and LB so far but this most likely will end up having the 'same song and dance' for MI. I told Bye about it and they told me to try using the a FTP Client, I never heard of such a thing but found out that it's a software that somehow allows one to upload images to a Bye account. I downloaded it and I found out that it's only free by a 29 day trail, after the trail ends one must pay either 44.99 or 89.95 USD. There are other packages too and the prices just go higher than 89. I look at it like it's a money scam and Byehost recommends it for their users to use it D< For three years or more (for me) their ability to upload images WAS FINE and now this bull**** happens?!! WT*?! Wow, I'm actually swearing but I censored it for the young visitors. I can see why I would considering all the crap I had to go through and now this happens.. Later on I found out that this is a Bye thing.. T_T I tried doing everything that I could despite being new to the crappy FTP but no dice.. I found out what I need to do in order to get to Bye but I keep getting connection errors, most likely since I don't have the right info but how can I when nothing on my account that has to do with FTP failed. And when I asked Bye on how to use it, they talk about how the original way to upload images but how can I when it's not working?! I guess not all of their staff knows about the downfall of the original way, well they should get a heads up about it since they work with them. Since I decided to update Zapdos Merch on LB (and a few other things, that I forgot to add when I made that update back in May), that site and my other sites just had to go down again.. This happend on the 4th or earlier and I got LB back online yesterday but the other two are still offline, though the account for MI isn't suspended but it has a 502 Bad Gateway error or it would be up by now. With LB, I found out that I was wrong about Sitting Cuties being the reason for the previous downfall, apparently it's cutiest since I method on the item's summary that it's the cutiest one out of all the Zapdos plushies. Which is very close to cuties, at least it seems like it is since Byehost never had a problem with Moltres Merch which also has a Sitting Cuties plush so it's in there and is typed in as one word everytime I mention it so it makes sense. Even so, so a third downfall doesn't happen, I'm gonna make another account on Byehost in order to test it out but it's going to be connected to my other e-mail so it also makes sense about why the heck all three would go offline because of one site having a problem, because all three do share the same e-mail. I'm gonna test out that guess of mine too to make sure I'm right. But back to LB, since the fact that I mentioned that they could remove the problem themselves if I couldn't.. they really listened to it.. since the reply ended up being that they decided to remove the whole page (yes, Zapdos Merch) because of one word. It's really great that I kept making copies of LB's pages in order to not lose anything or this problem would be really bad, so I just used the copy of that page and added it without that plush since back then I didn't realize that cutiest was the culprit but even so, it's just a guess that it was the reason. It's a good one though. I just don't want to have to go through the same problem again in case I am wrong. But to think that Byehost would just be like "Oh no, it has a bad word! That page must be deleted!" and then actually do it. Even though what I said before was what probably made that happen, I thought that they could at least remove the 'bad word' or just tell me remove it and then they could take away that account suspension in order to let me do that and if I didn't do it in a matter of a few days at least then it'll be suspended once again. Byehost has stupid rules that must be followed in order to use them as a host.. Reminds me of other stupid rules that aren't that bad but people make them out to be so terrible. People like that are funny that sometimes one just has to laugh at their stupidity. Like I did with the previous entry, I'll update this entry when the other sites are back and what happened with them. Edit 6/11: Both of them aren't back but.. Melon's island is! With Byehost I got three replies back from when I told them about that 502 Bad Gateway error. They said that they need to get to second line support and will get back to me soon. Then how the solution to the problem will be resolved soon and the last one is about how maintenance was in progress for free hosting (which is what I use for all three of my sites) and how I can check again in 48 hours or less to see if MI is online. For SHH they said the same thing at first as they did with MI about getting second line support but on the other reply they told me there's apparently an error that the abuse filter detectors found with this one page; Ham-Ham Heartbreak O.o Why did that page become a problem with them? I thought it went down because of it's attachment with LB like with MI.. The last time I updated that page was in 2/4/19 and that's the first time that I made an update on there after the move from Webs.. I might've fixed an error that was on that page later on and maybe that's why it's a problem but I think that was before 2021. Strange.. I'll update this entry again when the problem with SHH is resolved -.- Edit 6/17: Since Ham-Ham Heartbreak has been removed since it has at least one banned word, SHH is back. Though it took more time than I thought since I thought that removing cutiest from Zapdos Merch on LB wouldn't ban the site because of that page the third time but it did.. So I did not use a good solution to add cuties by using this instead; SittingCuties or it has to do with at least one of the image's titles which has a few possibilities of being banned. So MI went down again because of LB. And in order to revive LB again, Zapdos Merch was removed by them.. again.. It seems like they just cannot remove the banned word/s. After I got LB up, I restored that page again but I have to hold off on adding Zapdos Sitting Cuties again.. I really don't know why they don't have a problem with Moltres Merch now o-o but I'm guessing that if I edit that page again then yet another suspension to that account will happen the fourth time, well if I leave that plush on there after editing it. I got MI back easily so yay :D Then with SHH, Byehost had a problem with Ham-Ham Heartbreak again and I decided to let them remove the page since they could not tell me what word/s on there they consider as being banned because of security reasons.. T_T They could've just removed the banned word/s, which would let me gain access to that account again but nooo, the whole page has to come falling down. Since I have no idea what word/s it could be that's cauing the stupid abuse filter detectors I can't simply put it back up.. so since I already created the test account on Byehost to see what I can have on my sites and what I can't from guessing and knowing that cuties is a banned word, I'm testing out what the page and what the page didn't have during it's time on Webs. I've found out from that version that the fact that I referred to Spat and Harmony as being cuties was there from when I moved SHH and why that first ban happened. Like with SHH, I'm also testing out a safe way to add those Sitting Cuties plushies. I started testing on the 13th and as of now I'm testing out 4 different things. No suspension to that account yet. Note that the test account is linked to my other e-mail, not the one that my other sites are linked to. LB, MI & SHH are Down.. (Fixed)Sunday - May 30, 2021
I updated LB (Legendary Birds) on the 28th (which I forgot to announce on here..) and then more than a few hours later the next day.. LB including MI (Melon's Island) and SHH (Spat & Harmony Heartbreak) all go down, aka go offline. Since all of the accounts that are needed in order to create and update ended up getting suspended somehow. I can see why LB would but I didn't even edit the others for months and yet they go down with LB D: I asked for help by submitting a ticket which is something that needs to be done when I need help on Byehost by using LB's account since I recently updated it. I don't know what I did or how this happened but as I mentioned before I made backups for LB and MI and even though it took a long time, I did SHH and have been updating the back ups every time I update any of those sites so the pages aren't outdated and prevent losing what I updated (in case what happened with LB last year happens again or to the others for the first time..). I've been making backups for all of the images on them too (ever since the Majhost accident), which have been moved to a flash drive and when one doesn't have enough room, I add them to the next one or they stay on my laptop. Until I find out for myself on what happened and when at least one site is back online I'll update this entry.
Edit 6/1: My reply from them that came through an e-mail (the e-mails from them keep going to Spam D:) told me that their anti fraud systems detected something that it looks as something abusive. Which is sensitive since I know that when I used cuties to refer to Spat and Harmony on SHH I at least might've got that account suspended but I was able to remove it and had to make sure not to do that again -.- Though on LB's recent update, I added two plushies of Moltres and Zapdos that are called Sitting Cuties D: To prevent that from happening to LB, I made the two last words into one word. So this anti fraud system is sensitive. Anyway it detected htdocs/zap.merch.php (which isn't allowed) and I asked them to gain access to my account in order to fix the error or if that couldn't be done, fix it themselves. This is the reply; It appears your website was incorrectly detected as abuse by our anti fraud systems. We have reactivated your account, apologies for the inconvenience. It's stupid systems ended up screwing up.. So LB is back! :D I also found out that the htdocs part is where all my files for LB are placed but I did not type that in when I was updating. It's probably there to show me where the page is. And apparently the anti fraud systems screwed up again, making it look like I added something that wasn't appropriate and so they apologized to me again through e-mail.. Gah, is that stupid thing really necessary?! So at least two of my sites went down for nothing -.- So SHH is back! :D I asked for help on SHH as a test run to see if it'll have the same fate as LB, which it didn't at first. I already sent help for MI, so I'll see if this downtime is a mistake made by the systems as well. Edit 6/1 (Many Hours Later): I was right, the anti fraud systems made a mistake on MI as well -.- Now Melon's Island is back! :D I sure hope this doesn't happen again. It's bad enough for one to be down.. I think this has to do with all the site accounts linking to the same e-mail, since they are like that. Other than all three of the being hosted by the same host. There was nothing about the e-mail being looked at as a 'bad' thing to Byehost though. Ah, this problem is over so I'll announce that I did some small updating many hours ago, after the first edit of this blog entry this is what I updated; in the Hello and Welcome to.. section I added a Update Site Status when the last update was made and which site has a recent update. And also when an update is coming soon I don't have to make a short blog about it and just edit the list of which site is going to have that coming soon update or when it's been recently updated. With the new appearance of better looking buttons for LB on it's latest update, I added one of them to the navigation. Also for the navigation I added two link back buttons that I'll be using for my sites in the future (at least two of them) and I added a small bit of information on how this layout looks on mobile which isn't recommended for the fact that the navi ends up over lapping the content section of the site, making it hard to see what has been typed. |
