Current/Past Pokemon Parties

My first Pokemon game was Blue but I must've given it away since I lost interest, though I got to play it again through the Nintendo 3DS eShop on my New 3DS. The time I lost interest was before the 2nd Gen but returned during the 3rd. I got Leaf Green and later Sapphire as a used game. But I sold Leaf Green to Game Stop (along with a Gameboy Advance, a bunch of other games and accessories), later on I was going to buy it again but I bought Fire Red instead. Unlike the 2nd and 3rd gen games, I was able to get Diamond over a month later. To catch (XD Get it, catch?) up on what games I missed I bought Yellow and Gold after deciding to get Soul Silver instead of Silver, this also includes Sapphire and Fire Red. I prepaid Soul Silver - Moon or Ultra Sun at my beloved game store, Game Stop (despite regretting that time I sold so munch to them but that was a lesson that I needed to learn). Gold's battery ended up dying, resulting in buying a new battery but I had so much trouble getting it to work that I decided to buy the eShop version. Buying a Nintendo Switch was a must for me when I found out about Let's GO Eevee! (and it's Pikachu counterpart), bought it with the Poke Ball Plus as a bundle, along with a Switch that has the Neon Red & Blue joy-cons. It's my first game for the Switch and the second time I got a Pokemon game with a new game system; The first time was with a Polar White DS Lite and Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team. I kind of lacked in buying the games starting with Let's GO Eevee! (buying it a week later) where I wouldn't be able to get it on it's release date or less than a week after and with Legends: Arceus it was months later since there wasn't much time at all after I got Shining Pearl (which I got less than five days later). Ever since I knew that Switch games at Walmart costs less since I got Sword and another Pokemon game; Pokken Tournament DX there, I kept getting my Switch games there. Updated content: According to one of my Deviant Art journals, Sapphire was added to the playing part (which would be what I'm playing and this also includes adding a mood, what one is watching, eating, etc.) that used to be at the top (along with the others) but it's been years since it's been removed, though I was able to get to it using the Wayback Machine (archive.org). That journal was typed on June 7, 2010 so it's a rough estimate of when I got it. Since I type up what I get online, for Yellow I actually had to get the cartridge twice since the cover of the first one was mostly ripped off.. but since I don't have it typed (or written) it's came date is unknown but for the second one it's Nov 13, 2012 and apparently it's battery is still going :O (it's over 10 years old). I might've bought Gold online but I don't know when I first got it but I went through two of them like Yellow but after knowing that I needed a new battery for Gold I bought one online on June 27, 2014 but didn't know how to get it in and I didn't know anyone who knows how to install a Gameboy Color battery so I bought another Gold with a new battery on Feb 18, 2016 but that one ended up dying years later. I even tried buying another battery and still not knowing anyone who knows how to install it, I tried to do it myself with a step by step video on Youtube but he made it look easy and for some reason it didn't work out for me.. Knowing that I can buy a digital version of Gold on the Nintendo eShop, I bought that instead. Which could've been bought in 2019. For Fire Red, I got it on Jan 17, 2013 as a like new condition cartridge. I got the Pokemon 20th Anniversary Bundle that includes digital copies of Red and Blue on March 31, 2016, one of the reasons that I got it was so I could play Blue again.

I surprisingly got Scarlet earlier than I expected and it had to do with my sister's boyfriend playing it while I was spending the night and he even let me play it when he wasn't (which was after he went to bed) so I actually started the game with his copy! At first I wasn't interested but brought my Switch anyway since I wanted to keep playing Kirby and the Forgotten Land. But I got so interested in Scarlet when he was playing it that I decided to play it when he asked me if I wanted to. It wasn't long until I got my own copy and continued where I left off. I brought Scarlet at Gamestop instead since Walmart has the normal price for Switch games now (found out before I bought Kirby and the Forgotten Land).

Notes: Genders didn't come until the 2nd generation so on this page it starts with Gold. Caught Locations didn't come until the 3rd gen so on this page it starts with Sapphire. Caught Dates started with the 4th gen, starting with Diamond and didn't have a title at first (I made one up). Months that had more than three letters ended with a dot, for example; Jun., Jan.,and Oct.. So Chatot's caught date really said Jun. on Diamond, I just made it look better. This ended with Black as the dates became numbers instead. For the 6th gen, starting with Y on this page, it gains a title; Date Met so I added that part, this ended at Sword so I went back with my made up title. Starting with Sword, the dates that had single digit numbers have a 0 before the number. For Let's GO Pikachu!, Ninetails has 2018 in the Date Met section since it was transfered with HOME from Let's GO Eevee!. On White 2, for some reason with Zoroark it doesn't show it's caught level. And says this; This Pokemon was apparently friends with a certain Trainer. Proud of it's power.

Below is a quick way to get to each generation of Pokemon games, because of this Let's GO Pikachu! had to be added above Let's GO Eevee! despite not being played until after Sword and it's Expansion Pass. The Let's GOs are actually a part of the 7th gen despite being the first two Pokemon games to be on the Switch.
